I am interested in studying how stressful experiences at work affect employee attitudes, well-being, health outcomes (including sleep), and performance. Another key interest is protecting and effectively managing vulnerable employees. I have research focusing on overqualified employees, customer-facing employees, and employees who struggle with the boundaries between work and nonwork.
