In Memoriam – Dr. Paul Foos

The Department of Psychological Science is sad to share the news that Paul Foos, a retired member of our faculty, has passed away. Paul came to UNC Charlotte in 1991 and served as department chair from 1991-1997. He retired from the university in 2012. Paul will be remembered in our department as a great colleague. He had a warm disposition and great sense of humor. Although a little shy (as his obituary notes, “he liked animals better than people”), he always greeted colleagues with a smile. He will certainly be missed by those in our community who knew him.
